Terms and Conditions
- Nectar collectors who complete a hotel booking with RocketMiles will be awarded between 1,000 and 2,000 Nectar points per night’s stay. Nectar points awarded will vary dependent on the hotel booked and duration of stay. Collectors will be advised at time of booking how many Nectar points will be awarded. For a non-refundable booking, Nectar points will be awarded within 7 days after the date of the completed booking. For a refundable booking, Nectar points will be awarded within 7 - 45 days of a completed hotel stay. Nectar point awards are dependent on the hotel confirming the booking is completed and not cancelled. Only one Nectar card per booking.
- Nectar points will not be awarded for incomplete refundable stays, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible transactions.
- Nectar has no direct relationship with any of the hotel suppliers, is not responsible for products or services they offer and has no responsibility or liability for or relating to your stay.

Standard terms:
Nectar collectors may spend Nectar points when making a hotel booking with RocketMiles. Collectors can pay or part-pay for the hotel booking, including, where indicated, additional services (eg breakfast), using Nectar points. The following split tender options are available: 100%, 75%, 50%, 25%, 10%. Nectar points are redeemed at 500 points = £2.50 towards your booking. There is a maximum number of points that can be used per transaction, which is 4,000,000 points. Any remaining balance must be paid in full online at the time of booking using a credit/debit card. Only one Nectar card may be used per booking. Nectar points will be instantly deducted from the Nectar collector’s account at time of booking. Refundable or non-refundable booking options may be available. For non-refundable bookings, Nectar points and any cash balance are non-refundable. Refundable bookings may be cancelled in accordance with published booking conditions and Nectar points will be refunded to Nectar accounts within 7 days. Any cash refund will be returned direct to your method of payment by RocketMiles. Secondary card holders may redeem Nectar points only where the card has redemption permission. The primary account holder may contact Nectar customer support to update settings.
Nectar points cannot be collected on any element of a transaction which is paid for by redeeming points.
